(Footpath 25, Great Yeldham) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Further to a notices: Under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 05/06/19 and 26/06/19. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 25, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Footpath 24 in a south then westerly direction for a distance of approximately 600m, to its junction with A1017 Poole Street. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17/07/19 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to the deterioration of Potters Hall Bridge. The Order will come into effect on 17/07/19 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. (Coggeshall Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order
2019 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 410m north of its junction with Curds Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010529731 – Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Church Street, Great Maplestead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Dynes Hall Road to its junction with Monks Lodge Road, a distance of approximately 1350m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2279351 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Lucking Street, Toldish Hall Road, Church Road, Oak Road, Deans Hall Road, Sudbury Road, Head Street, Market Hill, Hedingham Road, Dynes Hall Road and vice versa.
