NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Planned Developments Limited has applied to Cheshire East Council for a variation of the premises licence for Cheshire Health Chib & Spa, Warford Park, Faulkners Lane, Mobberley, Knutsford, Cheshire as follows: To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol on a Saturday and Sunday so that they are in line with the rest of the week (08:00 - 22:00). To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted with the application. To remove the restriction on access to members/guests, and specify opening hours (06:30 - 23:00 daily). To remove the existing Annex 2 conditions and replace with the operating schedule submitted with the application. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 30 July 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
