Details of existing relevant licensable activities, or those to be carried on at the premises if this is a new application: To serve alcoholic drinks in a bistro style environment with food only between the hours of 12:00pm and 8:30pm Monday to Saturday and alternative Sundays 12:00pm until 8:00pm. Details of additional/changes to relevant licensable activities if application is to vary an existing licence. Closing date for representations: 12/07/2019. Details of the application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m Friday 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction for the offence. To be completed by the applicant in accordance with Regulations 25 and 26 in legible print using black ink in writing equal or larger than the print used of this form. Alternatively the applicant may produce their own notice which must be in accordance with Regulations 25 and 26.
