ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Lebanon Park, Twickenham
(Reference 19/109)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Lebanon Park, Twickenham
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Lebanon Park from a point outside No. 41 Lebanon Park and a point outside No. 45 Lebanon Park.
3. The order will come into effect on 16 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times on 16 and 17 July 2019, with back-up dates of 23 and 24 July 2019, if required, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Riverside and Sion Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Belgrave Road, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Belgrave Road from a point outside No 9 Belgrave Road to a point outside No 11 Belgrave Road
3. The order will come into effect on 9 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 9 July 2019 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Road Closure Little Green, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Little Green, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Little Green between its junctions with Duke Street/Portland Terrace and Little Green (north-west to south-east arm)
3. The order will come into effect on 6 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force between 8am and 6pm on 6 July 2019 with a backup date of 20 July 2019 at the same times, if required, and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. A signed diversion for traffic affected by the closure will be available in adjacent streets.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the
effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in St Mary's Grove, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in St Mary's Grove between a point outside No. 24 St Mary's Grove and a point outside No. 32 St Mary's Grove
3. The order will come into effect on 8 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 8 July 2019 until 11 July 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Townshend Terrace, Grena Road and Grena Gardens and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (SPECIAL EVENTS) (VARIOUS STREET PARTIES) (NO. 3) ORDER 2019
VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BOROUGH
(Reference 19/101)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 1 July 2019 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of street parties in various streets in the borough to allow residents to celebrate a special event within their community.
3. The streets which will be closed are listed in the Schedule to this notice. Full details of the lengths of street which will be closed and times when the closure will be in force will be contained in the order referred to in the next paragraph.
4. Copies of the Order: -
(a) can be inspected until 30 September 2019, quoting Reference 19/101 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

Temporary Road Closure Hospital Bridge Road and Staines Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Hospital Bridge Road and Staines Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Staines Road and Hospital Bridge Road between a point outside No. 336 Staines Road and a point outside No. 4 Hospital Bridge Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 22 July 2019. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 22 July 2019 until 26 July 2019 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Hospital Bridge Road and Staines Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
