THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Daws Hill Lane/Marlow Hill), (High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from turning left from the slip road from Daws Hill Lane onto Marlow Hill and no right turn from Marlow Hill onto Daws Hill Lane. Traffic lights and lane closures to be used as atemporary measure when night closures are not in force. The closure is required whilst Improvement works to the junction of Daws Hill Lane/Marlow Hill take place commencing on 20 August 2019 between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 28 June 2019
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Roundhouse Lane, Fawley in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Roundhouse Lane from Upper Woodend Farm for approximately 900 metres. Alternative route: Dudley Lane, Drovers Lane, Dolesden Lane, Balhams Lane, Balham's Lane, Road Running Through Stonor, Section Of B480 Through Middle Assendon, Road Between Little Bix Farm And Middle Assendon Farm, Fawley Bottom Lane, Section Of B480 Through Lower Assendon, Fairmile, Northfield End, Marlow Road, Benhams Lane. The closure is required whilst Tree cutting works to access cables for BT take place commencing on 15 July 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Slough Lane, Saunderton in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Slough Lane from the railway bridge for approximately 40 metres. Alternative route: Wycombe Road, Bradenham Road, West Wycombe Road, High Street, Chorley Road. The closure is required whilst Network Rail bridge inspection works take place commencing on 11 July 2019 between 22:00 and 04:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 11 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2018 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport been continued in force and will continue until 16 September 2019 or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. The effect ofthe Order is to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley from apoint approximately 1,450 metres south of A4155 to apoint approximately 2,140 metres south of A4155. The closure is required in the interests of public safety to enable the continuation ofrepair works to the collapsed bridge. Penalties for not observing these restrictions will be as prescribed in the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984and the Road Traffic Act1991.
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Ilmer Lane, Ilmer in the Parish of Longwick-cum-Ilmer CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Ilmer Lane for adistance of approximately 40 metres by the railway bridge. The closure is required whilst bridge repairs take place commencing on 22 July 2019 between 09:00 and 17:00 with access to residents only. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENTS 1006) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that on 24th June 2019, Buckinghamshire County Council made the above-named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 5th July 2019, is to introduce loading and waiting restrictions on the service road that forms part of the North Orbital Road in Denham Green. Acopyofthe Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with acopy ofthe Council's Statement ofReasons for making the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Ifyou wish to question the validityofthis Order, or ofanyprovision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that anyrequirementofthisActorofanyinstrumentmadeunderithasnotbeen complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 5th July 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
