NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Watford Borough Council is proposing to dispose of land which forms part of an open space described in the schedule below. This disposal will be by way of anew 99 year lease to Eastern Power Networks Limited.
A copy of plans showing the land can be seen between the hours of 8.45am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday at the customer service centre, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX. SCHEDULE
Land at Oxhey Park North, Wiggenhall Road, Watford. Site: Red line area of the land known as the electrical sub-station having an area of 25m2 or thereabouts.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Anne Collins MRICS, Property Manager, Watford Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX before 2nd August 2019 and should state the grounds of the objection.
