(Leithen Road, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2019
The Scottish Borders Council (Leithen Road, Innerleithen) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2019 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 8 July 2019 is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 12 July 2019 - 24 hour restriction. The Order is required to permit installation of a new electrical supply.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on the west side of Leithen Road, Innerleithen from outside number 23 to outside number 31.
