Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Harlow District Council to vary die Premises Licence for the Potters Arms at Church Langley Way, Church Langley, Harlow, Essex, CM 17 9TD. The application includes the following terms:- I. variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person must be made in writing to the address below by 29th July 2019. The Licensing Register may be inspect at the Licensing Authority at Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 IWG between 10.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday except public holidays. ) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
