The Licence if granted is to enable the Following Activities to take Place:
-Live/recorded music 17:30 to00:00 17/7/2105 and 11:30 to 00:00 18/7/2015
- Sale of alcohol 18:00 to 00:00 17/7/2105 and 12:00 to 00:00 18/7/2015
- Provision of late night refreshments (food) 23:00 to 24:00 on 17/7/2015 and 18/7/2015

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Environmental Health Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park Chippenham Wiltshire SN151ER. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
