Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: 1. Name of applicant: Anna Louise Ceely 2. Postal Address of premises: Kiplin Hall, Scorton, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6AT. 3. Proposed Licensable Activities: Supply of alcohol, theatre and live music. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 30 May 2015. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
