Mr Graham Corbett is applying for the grant

The licence, if granted, is to enable the

sale of alcohol for the consumption on the

premises.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale'. Date 28th June 2019
