(Footpath 16, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Further to a notice: Under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 17/05/19 and 07/06/19.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 16, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Stonebridge Hill to its junction with Footpath 15/ Footpath 22.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/06/19 for 6 months or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is for public safety due to the condition of the wooden boardwalk. The alternative route is via Stonebridge Hill, Halstead Road, Station Road & FP15.
The Order will come into effect on 28/06/19 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Footpath 60, Braintree and Bocking) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Further to a notices: Under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on
24/06/19.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 60, Braintree and Bocking in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayne Road to its just with the private access road west of Springfield Drive, a distance of approximately 411 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 29/06/19 to 06/12/19, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction works are undertaken. Alternative route will be via Footpath 67, Braintree and Bocking, Footpath 91, Braintree and Bocking, Footpath 60, Braintree and Bocking and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29/06/19 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bridge End, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Vine Street, Great Bardfield & Crown Street, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bridge End, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 90m southwest of its junction with Beslyns Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a southwesterly direction.

2. To temporarily introduce a no waiting restriction on that length of Vine Street, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with Crown Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a southwesterly direction.

3. To temporarily introduce a no waiting restriction on that length of Crown Street, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with Vine Street for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the 'No Waiting at any Time' restriction and suspend any parking and waiting restrictions on the above named roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. Signs will be installed indicating when the 'No Waiting' will be in force. The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 37 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002621 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Bridge End, Finchingfield Road, Bardfield Road, The Green, Brent Hall Road, Sampford Road, Hawkins Hill, Finchingfield Road, Hill Road, Thaxted Road, Great Sampford Road, Walden Road, Newbiggen Street, The Bullring, Watling Street, Guildhall, Town Street, Mill End, Dunmow Road, Woodside Way, Stortford Road, Dunmow Bypass, Braintree Road, Dunmow Road, Blake End, The Street, Bardfield Road, Braintree Road, Brook Street, Crown Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mountbatten Road, Braintree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mountbatten Road, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 20m east of its junction with Gilbert Way for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO56218251 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to replace manhole are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 11th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Braintree) (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.2) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a temporary 'No Waiting' restriction on both sides of carriageway on the lengths of roads as detailed in the schedule. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The clearways will be in force whilst bridge repair works are taking place.
