NOTICE OF APPLICATION MADE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is given that Surf Bristol Limited of One Glass Wharf, Bristol BS2 OZX has applied to South Gloucestershire Council for the grant of a new Premises Licence for the premises known as The Wave, Easter Compton, Bristol BS35 5RE. The application seeks to permit: Plays, films, live music, recorded music and performance of dance, indoors and outdoors From 07:00 until 23:00 on Monday to Sunday. Sale of alcohol on the premises from 10:00 until 23:00 on Monday to Sunday. Opening hours from 06:00 until 23:30 on Monday to Sunday and 24 hours a day for customers staying in the short stay accommodation. For full details please see the application form. Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to the Licensing Team at South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol BS37 ODD. Representations are to be received no later than 24 July 2019.

Records of the application may be inspected by contacting the Licensing Team at South Gloucestershire Council. Persons making representations will be invited to attend in person at a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
