Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U94421, Wyson Lane, Brimfield, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U94421, Wyson Lane, Brimfield, From the Jen with C1051 Brimfield Bypass to Brimfield Cross Road in a westerly direction on Wyson Lane. Grid Ref: 352535/268038. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Wyson Lane onto Salwey Lane, onto A49, onto C1051 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to BT cabling works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th of July 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
