NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Marsha Lilley applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 23 April 2015 for a licence to use the premises at 93 Barkerend Road, Bradford, BD3 9AA for sale of regulated alcohol and regulated entertainment, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 11.00 - 23.00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 21 May 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 23 April 2015
