Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises. WINE TASTING (on premises), WINE SALES (for consumption on or off premises), SALES OF WINE BY THE GLASS (for consumption on premises), SALES OF ALCOHOL (for consumption on premises) CLAYHILL VINEYARD AND CAFÉ HAVE SUBMITTED THIS APPLICATION FOR THE SALE & CONSUMPTION ALCOHOL. THE SALE OF ALCOHOL IS A NATURAL PROGRESSION OF THE BUSINESS WITH IT’S EXISTING CAFÉ CATERING FOR FAMILY GROUPS SUPPLYING LIGHT LUNCHES, HOT DRINKS & COLD DRINKS AND CAKES. SALES OF ALCOHOL WILL BE LIMITED TO WITHIN THE STANDARD OPENING HOURS OF THE CAFÉ 10AM TO 4PM ALTHOUGH THERE MAYBE SOME MINOR TIME CHANGES DUE TO SEASONAL ACTIVITIES. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE CURRENTLY HELD USING TEMPORARY EVENT NOTICES. No other changes are applied for other than those listed above. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL or by emailing licensing@Maldon.gov.uk by not later than 10th July 2019 The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
