Properties Limited, a Company with its registered office formerly at c/o Zolfo Cooper Cornerstone, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2BA seeking restoration of the name of the Company to the Register of Companies. By First Deliverance dated 27 June 2019 the Sheriff at Glasgow and Strathkelvin appointed any person interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers with The Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within twenty one days of this Notice.
