FOR GRANT OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE We, Southampton Clubs Limited of 36 Alie Street, London, E1 8DA hereby give notice that we made application on 28 June 2019 to Southampton City Council for the grant of a licence for a Sexual Entertainment Venue as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, at Kelly's Bar (To Be Known As Black Diamond), 35 London Road, Southampton, SO 15 2AD.A summary of the application is as follows: Sexual Entertainment venue to operate from 16:00 to 06:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive.
