PUBLIC NOTICE OF INQUIRY

The Housing Act 1985 Acquisition of Land Act 1981

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (29 Beech Crescent, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD3 0PN) Compulsory Purchase Order 2017

WHEREAS the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council have submitted to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, for confirmation of an Order made by them under section 17 of the Housing Act 1985 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, which would authorise them to acquire compulsorily the land referred to in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of bringing the property back into use for housing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public local inquiry into this matter will be held by Phillip Ware BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI at 10 am on 6 August 2019 at City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.

A copy of the Order and of the map referred to therein are on deposit at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and may be seen there, on application at all reasonable hours.
