Notice is hereby given that on 25th June 20191 petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of 4664 Ltd (Formerly Jacca Limited) (Company number SC338329) craving the Court inter alia to order that 4664 Ltd (formerly Jacca Limited) havingtheir Registered Office at 13a Alexandra Street, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 1HB
have Join tAdministrators appointed by the Court; and that, in the meantime, Ian William Wright and Scott Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, both of WRI Associates 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed Joint Interim Managers of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Anwar by Interlocutor dated 26th June 2019 appointed the sad Ian William Wright and Scott Milne as Joint Interim Managers with the Powers contained in set out in Schedule 1 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
