Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited in respect of Premises known as PizzaExpress, Lion House, Red Lion Street, Richmond upon Thames,TW9 IRE applied to London Borough of Richmond for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I .To add off sales of alcohol Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:30 (in line with current on sales); 2To add conditions agreed with Police and Trading Standards; and 3.To remove condition 2 under Annex 3b which reads -'Alcohol to be served at tables only' as agreed with Police.AII other licens-able activities and timings for such licensable activities to remain as existing.
