THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (HOVE CRICKET GROUND -ROD STEWART CONCERT)

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019

On Friday, 12th July 2019 Rod Stewart will be performing. To facilitate safe passage for pedestrians, certain roads will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Rod Stewart Concert to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:-

1. Temporary Road Closures - Friday, 12th July 2019, 15:00-23:59 hours Eaton Road from junction of Wilbury Road to junction of Salisbury Road. 2.The Order is necessary to allow access for the Rod

3.This Order comes into force on Friday, 12th July 2019. Dated: 28th June 2019.
