CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BECKFORD ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new gas service, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Beckford Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be in operation "at any time" in the following locations:-
a) Beckford Road, the north-east side, between the common boundary of Nos. 135 and 137 and the north-western boundary of No. 157 Beckford Road;
b) Beckford Road, the south-west side, between the common boundary of Nos. 84 and 86 and the north-western boundary of No. 104 Beckford Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days between 7.30am and 4.30pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

AMENDED BY SECTION 4(7) OF SCHEDULE 5 TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1985 AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991.
VARIOUS STREETS IN CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that is to facilitate water mains replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect which would be to:
(a) introduce parking suspensions when and where required along those streets specified in this schedule;
(b) Pollards Hill North will be closed between Pollards Hill East and London Road to facilitate the works in progress;
(b) temporarily introduce any other traffic management measures as required to facilitate the work in progress as and when necessary.
2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to
(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or
(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.
3. The Order will come into operation on the 12 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the work will be carried out in 6 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002. (Vehicular access will be maintained).

SCHEDULE
BEECH ROAD BEATRICE AVENUE POLLARDS HILL NORTH POLLARDS HILL EAST
CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 CARGREEN ROAD & LAWRENCE ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING & TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to dismantle a tower crane they intend to make an Order to the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Cargreen Road and Lawrence Road, South Norwood.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
- Cargreen Road will be closed between Station Road and Lawrence Road;
- Lawrence Road will be closed between Cargreen Road and Selhurst Road;
- Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" in the above sections of Cargreen Road and Lawrence Road;
- Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary.
3. Whilst the restrictions are in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Lawrence Road, Station Road and Selhurst Road as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately two days between 7.30am an 7.30pm each day. However, back up dates of 22 and 23 July, and 29 and 30 July will apply if the works are delayed and the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 201 The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.8) Traffic Order 2019
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 24 June 2019 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to designate a new parking place at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in:
St. Dunstan's Road, South Norwood
Outside No. 39 and partially across the frontage of No. 37 (replaces existing permit/P&D bay)
3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 01 July 2019 and of all associated Orders can be inspected from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from Order Making Section, Parking Design Team, 6th Floor Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS KATHARINE STREET, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Katharine Street.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Katharine Street between its junctions with Park Lane and St George's Walk.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Park Lane, Park Street, St George's Walk as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 MILTON AVENUE, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian traffic in Milton Avenue.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place the south-western footway of Milton Avenue will be closed between a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of No. 52 Milton Road and a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of Nos. 1 to 19 Milton Avenue.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for pedestrians will be via the opposite footway, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2019 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within four months. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any person involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
