NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council propose to make the above Order the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in the Schedule.

The usual exemptions will apply.

Any queries concerning the proposals should be made by telephoning the Traffic section on 01254-587668.

Copies of the Orders and relevant plans may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays).

Written objections to the Orders, specifying the grounds thereof, should be sent to the undersigned to be received no later than 19th July 2019.
