NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1176, Raycomb Lane, Wellington Heath, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1176, Raycomb Lane, Wellington Heath, outside High Ridge for approximately 80m east to Woodside. Grid Ref: 371598/240905. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Church Lane onto Hollow Lane onto the C1173 onto the C1174 onto the C1175 Coddington onto Raycomb Lane and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to fibre ducting installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th of June 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 2 weekends.
