Implementation of Parallel Crossing, Chester Hall Lane, Basildon
Notice is hereby given that under Sections 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Essex County Council proposes to establish a Parallel Crossing on the following length of Chester Hall Lane in the Borough of Basildon located as follows:-Parallel Crossing Road Description
Chester Hall Lane, The centre of the crossing is approximately 25 metres north Basildon of the junction with the A1235 Cranes Farm Road on the northbound carriageway and 22 metres north of the junction with the A1235 on the southbound carriageway.
Zig-Zags for the above Parallel Crossing will be installed on Chester Hall Lane, Basildon in the following locations:
BOTH SIDES
From its junction with the northern side of the Parallel Crossing in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 17 metres.
From its junction with the southern side of the Parallel Crossing in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 17 metres.

(Mountnessing Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mountnessing Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 350m southeast of its junction with Old Church Lane for a distance of approximately 295m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2019 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CN17W005NOVEA4DTX72 - BT). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via London Road, Mountnessing Road, Old Church Road, Rayleigh Road, Hutton Village, Wash Road, Old Church Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Eastwood Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Eastwood Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Queens Road to its junction with Chaseside, a distance of approximately 720m.

2. To temporarily introduce a temporary 'No Stopping' restriction on both sides of the carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District Of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure is scheduled to commence after 27th June 2019 as stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2276085 - Essex County Council). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while machine surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Eastwood Road, Daws Heath Road, High Street, High Road, Great Wheatley Road, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, Arterial Road, Progress Road, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 27th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kimberley Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kimberley Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point from its junction with South View Road to its junction with Kents Hill Road, a distance of approximately 275m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2268755 - Essex County Council). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via South View Road, Kents Hill Road, Oakfield Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Seaview Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a no waiting restriction on that length of Seaview Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Eastern Esplanade, a distance of approximately 485m (both sides of the carriageway).
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. Signs will be installed indicating when the 'No Waiting' will be in force.
The restriction is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2019 for 23 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2278434 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

(Beeches Road, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beeches Road, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rawreth & Watery Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hullbridge Road for a distance of approximately 1220m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th and 14th July 2019 and again on 20th July and 21st July 2019 for 2 weekends, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W0000IBYWF3VC2/1 - BT). The Order will come into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Anchor Lane, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Anchor Lane, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Scotts Hall Road for a distance of approximately 130m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th July 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003422 - Essex County Council). . The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway surfacing and marking works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Lambourne Hall Road, Creeksea Ferry Road, Gore Road, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
