The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority fora premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. To extend the sale of alcohol to between 0000 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises.
2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 0500 daily.
3. To vary the licence conditions. Any person orresponsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may
make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 18 July 2019.
Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an appli cati on and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
