Notice is hereby given that We, Fram Ferment Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as FRAM FERMENT, 29B FRONT STREET, FRAMWELLGATE MOOR, DURHAM, DH1 5EE for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) from 10:00 - 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 - 00:00 midnight Friday and Saturday. Hours to be extended until 01:00 on Xmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, days prior to Bank Holidays, over the Lumiere Festival period, Miner’s Gala and an additional 5 occasions throughout the year. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham.
