Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2019 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on The Dock, Catshill, Bromsgrove]

On 13 June 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Catshill, Bromsgrove:-

The Dock (west side) from a point 72 metres west then north of its junction with Milton Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 4 July 2019.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove B61 8DA and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in maki ng the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

On 13 June2019 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons'parkingplaceonthefollowingsideandlength of road in Droitwich:

St Richard's Gardens (northern arm) (west side) from a point 7.5 metres north of its junction with St Richard's Gardens (main arm) for a distance of 6.6 metres in a northerly direction.
