Horwich st Mary's Scholes Bank, Horwich BL67QE has applied for a new premise licence for the following activities. The provision of plays, films, indoor events, boxing or wrestling entertainments, live music, recorded performances & dance between 10am and 11pm 7 days a week; & the Supply of Alcohol for consumption on site only from 10:00 until 23:00 7 days a week. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor,Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by 10/07/2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
