Notice under Regulation 7

Public Exhibition on an emerging residential development proposal at Speirs Wharf accessed from either Sawmillfield Street or Farnell Street, Glasgow, G4 9SE. Hoxton Securities (Glasgow) Ltd intend to submit a full planning application to City of Glasgow Council for a proposed major residential development scheme and associated landscaping and infrastructure at land at Speirs Wharf.

A public exhibition detailing the development proposals will be held on the 4 July 2019 between 14:30 and 19:30 at Woodside Library, Glasgow where representatives will be available to discuss the site, the proposals and respond to any feedback. Please drop in to hear more or make your views known in advance of the submission of the planning application.

Comments can be left at the event or by postal return to GL Hearn Limited, 7 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PR, before 19 July 2019. Comments submitted at this stage are not representations to the Council but will be considered by the Applicant in the preparation of the planning application.
