Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by Friday 12th July 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
