Notice is hereby given that David Beamish has applied in respect of the Upper Bowls Pavilion, Castle Park, Colchester CO1 1UG for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol from 08.00 - 21.00 Monday -Sunday inclusive . Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 21/07/2019 to the Licensing Manger, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
