Premises Licence Application

{Ahmed Ismail Enterprise limited} Has applied to BCP Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Baggies Coffee House, 43 High Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AS
The proposed changes to the activities at the premises are listed below:-
1- Seek to extend the selling of late night refreshment to 02:00 am, ON and OFF the promises seven days a week

2- Also to extend the selling of alcohol from 9am to 02:00 am, ON and OFF the promises seven days a week

Applications are available for public inspection at BCP Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ.

Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 19 th June, 2019- 17th July, 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
