The Secretary of State givesnoticeofanOrder made under Section 247 of the aboveAct entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.26) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped western part width of Windsor End which lies adjacent to Little Hall Barn at Beaconsfield, in the District of South Bucks to enabledevelopment as permitted by South Bucks District Council, under reference PL/18/3080/FA.

Copies of the Order maybeobtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/3768) and maybeinspected during normal opening hours at Beaconsfield Library,Reynolds Road, Beaconsfield HP9 2NJ

Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question the validity of or anyprovisionwithin the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or that anyrequirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6weeks of 21 June 2019 applytothe High Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order or of anyprovision included.
