A Public Bridleway at Binnegar Quarry, Worgret, Wareham

The above-named Agreement, made on 22nd May 2019 under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980, hasthe effect of creating:

Bridleway in the parish of East Stoke in the County of Dorset, from SY88148835 west of Binnegar Farm southeast along an unsurfaced track across an access track at SY88258826 then south southwest along grass to SY8828788175 where the bridleway splits:

From SY8828788175the bridleway runs west northwestto SY8828088176 where it connects with Bridleway 1, East Stoke AND from SY8828788175 continuing south southeast across grass and over an access trackto SY88458811 and then southeast to SY88478808 and south southeast across a haul road to SY88488806. Continuing south southwest to SY88468796 and southeast to SY88478795 and along a track to SY88458790 where there is an exit via a horse corral onto Puddletown Road at

SY88448789.

The bridleway continues in a south-easterly direction from SY88458790 along the trackto SY89398738 and northeast to SY89428739. The bridleway then runs generally southeast to SY89438735 where the bridleway exits onto Puddletown Road at SY89448734 via a horse corral.

Copies of the Agreement and Map may be seen free of charge at Reception, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester during normal office hours. Copies of the Agreement may be bought there for £10.00 each.

Under section 25,there is no right of objection and the Agreement has taken immediate effect.
