TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No.20) Order 2019" authorising the stopping up of the whole of Tyson Street at Bradford in the City of Bradford to enable development as permitted by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, under reference 18/03239/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/3747) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 4th floor, Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 20 June 2019 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
