TEMPORARY CLOSURE A4135 SILVER STREET (DURSLEY TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A4135 Silver Street from outside the property known as number 24 to outside the property known as number 37 for a distance of approximately 100 metres.

The reason for the closure is to carry out works on the sewer system.

The road is expected to be closed between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 daily from

24th June 2019 until 28th June 2019 or until the works have been completed. For further

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41470 HUNGER HILL (DURSLEY TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41470 Hunger Hill outside the property known as Lodge Cottage for a distance of approximately 2 metres. The reason for the closure is for installation of a new gas supply. The road is expected to be closed from 8th July 2019 until 11th July 2019 or until the works have been completed. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH CCA 28 (CAM PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath CCA 28 (Cam) from next to the electricity sub station and then extending in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 500 metres to near Halmore Mill.

The closure is necessary to safeguard the public during the construction of a housing development.

This temporary closure Order came into force on the 25th March 2019. As works are still incomplete, the Council applied to the Secretary of State for Transport for an extension, which has been granted. Therefore the footpath will remain closed until 25th September 2020 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier. Proposed alternative route; as signed on site

Pedestrian access to properties and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
