Planning application by Oxfordshire County Council for: Section 73 application to continue the development for the erection of a two-storey teaching building, extension of existing games court with floodlighting (replacement of District Council permission 15/00734/F) and associated external works (permitted by permission 18/01243/OCC (R3.0037/18)), without complying with condition 1 (approved plans and documents) and to vary condition 4 (tree protection), condition 7 (planting scheme) and 11 (protected species) in order to vary the approved plans and documents to allow for the i) introduction of mullions,
ii) regularise the agreed provision for protected species;
iii) remove two trees and provide replacement planting at The Warriner School, Banbury Road, Bloxham, Oxfordshire, OX15 4LJ.
