EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS –ORMISTON) (PROHIBITION & RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ETC), VARIATION ORDER NO: 1 TO 187/19
East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce enforceable waiting restrictions at Various Roads in Ormiston.
A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed at Main Reception, John Muir House Haddington however they are also available on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk
These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 21st June 2019 to Friday 2nd August 2019 during normal office hours.
Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
