Notice is hereby given that I, Andrew Hughes, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE HOLY GRALE, 57 CROSSGATE, DURHAM. DH1 4PR. A variation is sought to:- Add “off sales” and extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 12:00 - 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 - 23:00 Sunday. New Year’s Eve until 12:00 midnight. Also, to remove conditions on the licence for the requirement of till prompts and in relation to numbers of patrons. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
