Tender Advertisement for Contract Works at Creeksea Place, Ferry Road, Burnham-on-Crouch

Work needed: The services of a suitably experienced and resourced CITB registered Main Contractor with conservation experience, to carry out re-roofing and structural repair works and associated works. Full scaffold and temporary roof anticipated. Works are likely to be undertaken under a JCT Intermediate Form of Contract. 3. Details of the project.: Grant funded project in conjunction with Historic England. Approximate cost is around £500k. Anticipated start on site at the beginning of September 2019. 4.
