Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Cholsey, Wallingford Road and A4130 Bosley Way Prohibition of Through Traffic and Temporary 30mph speed reduction Date of Order: 1 July 2019 Coming into force: 8 July 2019 This Order is being introduced because of Gas Mains work which is anticipated to be completed on 24 October 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Wallingford Road. A temporary speed reduction from 60 to 30 mph will be in place on the A4130 Bosley Way between Winterbrook Lane and Nosworthy Way during the works. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions to the closure are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the A4130 ? Reading Road - Papist Way ? Station road ? The forty & Wallingford Rd. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T6672/RAG)_

Prohibition of Through Traffic
Date of Order: 17 June 2019 Coming into force: 24 June 2019 ThisOrderisbeingintroducedbecauseofgasmainsreplacement works which are anticipated to take 6 weeks to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the section of Hardwick Road between junctions of High Street and Swanston Field. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via High Street (B471) ? Goring Heath Road ? Long Toll ? Collins End ? Oak Cottages East ? Hardwick road and vice versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T6569)
Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Sutton Courtenay, Bridleway Closure 373/27 Date of Order: 1 July 2019 Coming into force: 8 July 2019 This Order is being introduced because of foul pipe removal works which are anticipated to take 15 days to complete. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily Bridleway 373/27 north of Frilsham Street/Hobbyhorse Lane for approximately 618m along the bridleway. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of bridleway. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative routes for those affected by the closure is via Hobbyhorse Lane to the south ? connecting with an existing footpath that runs north-south and links with Old Wallingford Way. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T6746/MR)
(HARWELL, B4493) (WIDTH RESTRICTION) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 17 June 2019 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 24 June 2019 changes the location of the 6'6" vehicle width restriction (and update/ metricate to 2 metres) and has moved the entry point of the restriction on the B4493 Wantage Road in Didcot westwards from Slade Road towards Harwell and relocate it 15 metres west of the new roundabout forthe Harwell link road east of the A34. This has the effect on directing wide vehicles travelling westwards from Didcot to go south on the new link road to avoid Harwell.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Harwell) (Width Restriction) Order 1982 has been replaced.

If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from the 17 June 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
