We are a charity with an outstanding reputation for supporting children and their families when life is difficult, with volunteers at the heart of our organisation. We are seeking a talented CEO to take us to the next stage of our development. We work across Carlisle, Eden and Allerdale with Statutory and Voluntary partners, supporting families with young children. You will have managerial experience, be looking for a leadership role, and have excellent communication skills, able to nurture relationships with key partners, inspire our volunteers and staff and persuade others to support us. A self-starter, able to lead a small team, you will be a strategic thinker who can turn strategy into operational reality and effect change, alongside an understanding of how to position a small charity to have maximum impact, influence and sustainability.
