THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley Parish) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley Parish from apoint immediately south of the footbridge crossing the Fawley Court Long Water (point Aonthe plan) to the northern point ofafootbridge by the old Fawley Court boathouse (at point B of the plan). Alternative route is via the point A, south of the footbridge over the Long Water in asouth westerly direction for 27 metres then in asoutherly direction parallel with the definitive line for 98 metres, then in asouth easterly direction for 34 metres to re-join the definitive line at point B. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst the landowner sets up, operates and removes temporary structures on the River Thames riverbank for the purposes ofthe Fawley River Club during the Henley Royal Regatta. The Order will come into operation on 20 June 2019 as signed, with a maximum duration of 6Months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Asheridge Road, Chesham in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Asheridge Road for adistance of approximately 375 metres. Alternative route: Asheridge Road, Bank Green, Chesham Road, Mount Nugent, Hivings Hill. The closure is required whilst Morrison Utilities new water connection take place commencing on 22 July 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 July 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 14 June 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) (Various roads, Chiltern District) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Chiltern District] as specified in the Schedule below. The closures are required whilst surface dressing works take place between [17 June 2019] and [20 September 2019]. The proposed order will come into operation on 17 June 2019 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" ^Alternative route Narcot Lane, Chalfont St Giles for the entire length of the road. AR-Narcot Lane, Grove Lane, Gold Hill West, Gold Hill North, Gold Hill East, Market Place, High Street, Gravel Hill, Amersham Road, London Road, Pheasant Hill, Deanway and Three Households. Hampden Road, Great Hampden from Bryants Bottom Road to The Old Gated Road. AR-Rignall Road, Missenden Road, Ellesborough Road, Risborough Road, Aylesbury Road, New Road, Bell Street, Wycombe Road, Bradenham Road, West Wycombe Road, Oxford Road, Archway, Glenisters Road, Parker Knoll Way, Hughenden Road, Hughenden Boulevard, Hughenden Avenue, Valley Road and Warrendene Road. Swan Bottom, The Lee from Chesham Lane to St Leonards. AR-Arrewig Lane, Chartridge Lane, Red Lion Hill and Swan Bottom. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration ofthis multi-order is to allow coordination ofanumber ofworks, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on roadworks.org when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.

Alternative route: Grove Lane, Gold Hill West, Gold Hill North. The closure is required whilst SSE cabling works take place commencing on 15 June 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 June 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
