Notice of Dissolution, pursuant to section
36 Partnership Act 1890, in relation to Trevor Mitchell International Partnership
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Partnership Act 1890 that the partners, being Trevor James Mitchell and Kylie Hookway, carrying on the business of a hair dressing salon known as Trevor Mitchell International trading at Salisbury Buildings, 180 Bridge Road, Sarisbury Green, Southampton, S031 7EH, have agreed to dissolve the partnership with effect from 17 April 2015.
All new and existing business of the former partnership will be conducted by, and all debts due and owing by the business will be received and paid respectively, by Kylie Hookway who will continue to carry on the business as a sole trader.
