THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE SERVICE ROAD FRONTING NOS. 10-26 PARK CRESCENT, ELSTREE) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the service road fronting Nos.10-26 Park Crescent, Elstree from its northernmost junction with Park Crescent south eastwards and south westwards to its southernmost junction with Park Crescent ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 62 metres, except for access. An alternative route will be via Park Crescent.
The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 17 June 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bankand public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GABLES AVENUE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2019
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Gables Avenue, Borehamwood from its junction with Red Road south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 3July 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
