NOTICE is hereby given that I, Susan Sandra Mulhearn Applied on 3/6/19 for A Full Variation of Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: INTU Trafford Centre, 3A, The Great Hall, M17 8EN (Service Road Outside the Great Hall) under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Supply of Alcohol

If varying the licence, briefly specify what changes are proposed i.e. details of changes to hours or licensable activities: during the intended hours of 11am - 11pm

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL, TALBOT ROAD, STRETFORD, MANCHESTER, M32 OTH not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 OTH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a False statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
