Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1153 Homend Park Road, Stretton Grandison, Temporary Road Closure Order 2019, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1153 Homend Park Road, Stretton Grandison, approximately 280m from the junction with the A417. Grid Ref: 363437/244028. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A417 onto the A4103 onto the C1153 Homend Park Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to cattle grid maintenance works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 17th of June 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
