Notice of Making
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Environmental Services of Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to him by the said Council has made the Wigan Borough (Tyldesley No. 134) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019 The effect of the order will be to prohibit any person from using public Footpath Tyldesley No. 134 from Point A at its junction with Bridgewater Road between properties numbers 13 & 15 as shown on the Order Map at grid reference 371968 401422 to Point B at its junction with the Leigh Guided Busway as shown on the Order Map at grid reference 371725 401835 for a distance of approximately 550 metres in a generally north easterly direction.
The footpath will be closed for a period of six months commencing on 3rd June 2019. There is no alternative route.
The closure is necessary in order to safeguard members of the public from the proposed development of the site.
Footpath Tyldesley No 247 (Part) & 268 -Temporary Closure Notice of Making
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and Regulatory Services of Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to him by the said Council has made the Wigan Borough Temporary Closure Order. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable from using Tyldesley No. 274 (part) & 268 from Point A as shown on the Order Map at grid reference 370681 399805 a distance of approximately 550 metres north east from Lower Green lane at its junction with the Bridgewater Canal Towpath to Point B as shown on the Order Map at grid reference 371517 399840 for a distance of approximately 840 metres in an easterly direction to the crossing of Vicars Hall Lane, for a period of 8 weeks commencing on 12th April 2019. There is no alternative route.
The Order is necessary to safeguard the public from the proposed development of the site.
